WEEK 3 WEIGHTLOSS

Hello everyone,

As promised, here is the weekly blog post telling you all how I've got on following Slimming World.

This week I have lost 5lbs!!

I am amazed at these huge losses I'm having, I know that they will slow down when my body becomes accustomed to the plan, but I am thoroughly enjoying the weight coming off!

I get super excited, (cringey I know) for the food shop every Saturday, just so that I can try new recipes and see what is out and about in the supermarkets.

I have been shopping at Tesco and Iceland this week, and I have picked up a couple of the Slimming World meals, I shall let you know next week what my opinions are of those!

I have found this time that it is a lot easier following the plan from home rather than going to a group, normally I'm one for loads of support, but my Mum is following the plan and doing really well so I look to her for advice, and also a huge huge support is Instagram.

My Instagram is kerryalice_sw, I post photos of my meals, and weightlosses and I love seeing what my followers are up to and what recipes they are having, it is great if you're having a bit of a mind blank and can't think of what to have to eat, just browsing through the hashtags of slimming world can solve that problem!
